After Nail is Clean Apply Layer of NewLUX Base Coat then Dip in Powder. Repeat for Desired Thickness.  Warning: Avoid Contact with Skin and Eyes. Keep out of Heat. Avoid Extended Exposure to Light. Keep away from Children.
