How to Use:

1. Apply a thin layer of Blooming Gel as the base coat on your nails.
2. Let the Blooming Gel partially dry, but don't cure it completely.
3. Choose your favorite colored polish and apply a thin layer over the semi-dried Blooming Gel.
4. Watch as the colored polish naturally "blooms" and spreads on the gel.
5. Once you achieve the desired effect, cure the nails under a UV/LED lamp to set the design.
6. For added protection and shine, apply a top coat.
